[Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file

Dear Mr. Mc Laughlin,

As you can see from Masa's description, it is not really that
difficult.

Please note that Jim is running this discussion list and his
support site entirely in his free time and without any
compensation, driven by what we used to call Ham Spirit. The
attitude demonstrated in your reaction is unknown in this list.

Jim is supporting us in a fantastic way and we thank him for
that and support him.
