[Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file

If you click on the blue "link above" in the Installation instructions 
section of the DX4WIN Country File page 
(http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/index.htm), it takes you to the top 
of the same page. If you click on "DX4WIN.CTY #90" in the first 
sentence, it takes you to the DX4WIN.CTY Revision History page. Then, 
you click on "Release #90 - 16 January 2011" to download the zip file 
that Jim mentioned.
