[Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file

Dear Mr. Reisert: Thank you for responding.
I gave the referenced link another try and found a dead end at " Download
the ZIP file from the link above. " No link is seen. Clicking on the blue
"link above" takes me to the top of the same page. (Second sentence under
"Installation instructions.") Might an actual URL be available that takes
one to the ZIP file desired?
Your belief that ZIP files are less likely to be corrupted than the actual
file is truly fascinating and a novel idea that I will discuss with my
colleague in the Computer Science department. It would not ever have
occurred to me.
The need for a matching file was not apparent. Thank you for pointing out
its importance, although I have no expectation of exporting information from
DX4WIN other than to the printer when printing labels. The second paragraph
of the "Installation instructions" includes: "Extract the ADIF.PMP file
from the archive and save it into the IMPORT directory." Not clear where
the "archive" is to be accessed.
Thank you for your continuing assistance and patience. I will not do this
difficult task again even if ARRL adds more new entities.
73, Mac N8TT P.S. I am using Windows 7

PLUS, you MUST download the matching ADIF.PMP that comes with the
country file, otherwise your ADIF imports/exports (i.e. to Logbook of
the World) won't work right.
