[Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file

"the link above" takes you to to the top of the page where it says:

"DX4WIN.CTY #90 was released on 16 January 2011."

"DX4WIN.CTY #90" is highlighted because it is a hyperlink to the download page.

The download page says, "Release #90 - 16 January 2011" which again is
a link to the .ZIP file.  I'm sorry this wasn't obvious. I'll try to
re-write it next time so it's more so.

The instructions say, "The archive contains another file, ADIF.PMP.
This file is used to map QSOs in imported and exported ADIF files to
the correct country (this includes eQSL and ARRL Logbook of the
World). Extract the ADIF.PMP file from the archive and save it into
the IMPORT directory."

I'll make it more clear that this is required.  The "archive" is the
.ZIP file previously mentioned.
