[Dx4win] TS950 and Win7

Disregard the note below.   The radio doesn't work now in WinXP either, so
obviously there is an additional failure in the system.   Nothing like
having multiple failures at the same time!

I had a hard drive crash on my PC that was running WinXP, so decided to
upgrade to Win7-32.   I can no longer maintain contact with my TS950.  I
tried a USB to serial port convertor with the same results as my legacy
serial port.   I loaded DX4Win on a different PC that is running Win7-64
with the same results.   My IC7000 works just fine with DX4Win and Win7.
Has anyone experienced this problem or maybe has an updated .rig file for
the TS850/950?
