[Dx4win] TS950 and Win7

I had a hard drive crash on my PC that was running WinXP, so decided to
upgrade to Win7-32.   I can no longer maintain contact with my TS950.  I
tried a USB to serial port convertor with the same results as my legacy
serial port.   I loaded DX4Win on a different PC that is running Win7-64
with the same results.   My IC7000 works just fine with DX4Win and Win7.
Has anyone experienced this problem or maybe has an updated .rig file for
the TS850/950?
