[Dx4win] Seeing if new entry is a new entity

in QSO window go to Window and activate the country window to see dxcc 
status.
W means worked
L means worked and set label to yes - ready to mailed
M means mailed
C means confirmed

Same with other windows also. If you want to see cq zone status activate the 
Zone, etc.
