[Dx4win] Seeing if new entry is a new entity

I'm a newb to DX4WIN and have been digging thru Google and the help files to
figure out something - no luck so far, hope you guys can help.

When I am adding a new QSO, after entering the callsign, I was excepting
DX4WIN to tell me if it is a new entity or band-entity for me.  However, I'm
not seeing anything in the QSO entry window to indicate that.  How can
DX4WIN tell me this kind of info without having to go run a report on it?
