[Dx4win] DX4WIN data file updates

Various people reported problems running the script.  The changes to
support Windows Vista/7 appeared to have broken something (even though
I got them from a reputable source).

Once I have a fix, I'll let the reflector know.  I do NOT recommend
running the program at the time.

Your files are safe, they just got moved to the BACKUP directory.  You
can move them back to the SAVE directory.
