[Dx4win] DX4WIN data file updates

I recently updated just about all of the DX4WIN data files.  The easiest 
way to get them is to use the upgrade script.  You can find it here:

     http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm

I uploaded a new version of the script tonight.  This fixes some 
compatibility issues with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Here are the files that I updated recently:

  2/07/2010  21:14           2,927  adif.pmp
  2/07/2010  14:15       5,742,455  dx4win.awd
  2/07/2010  23:26       1,993,725  dx4win.cty
  2/08/2010  21:38         220,754  DX4WIN.MAS1
  2/08/2010  21:45         514,459  DX4WIN.MAS2
  2/07/2010   9:08          21,137  dx4win.tcp

You only need to run the update program ONCE to get all these updates.
