Hi Bud,
If you want to pick specific QSLs, expand the QSO window using the F5
key until you see the award flags at the bottom. You must "unsubmit"
the QSO you do not want to submit and "submit" the QSO you do want to
submit. Change the award flags(s) to "--" and "S", respectively (make
sure to pay attention to mixed/band/mode award flags, change all the
are necessary).
When you are done, re-run the submission report.
This is just like every other award.
