[Dx4win] ADIF import "confused" about AMTOR

When I try to import ADIF with the valid ADIF mode "AMTOR" D4W 8 rejects it.

When I try to import it with the DX4Win weird mode "MTOR" D4W 8 rejects 
it even though it's a valid mode on the drop-down list.

One thing I was disappointed in ver 8 was that these odd, non-standard 
D4W spellings for modes didn't go away.

I give up! I'll wait for the inevitable fixes...
