[Dx4win] ADIF import "confused" about AMTOR

Which ones specifically?  I tried to get Paul to match the ADIF mode names from:

    http://www.adif.org/adif223.htm#Mode%20Enumeration

Maybe there's a mismatch in the translation from old V7 names to new V8 names.

I don't know why Paul chose to call it "MTOR".
