[Dx4win] Narrow filter problem (IC-756 Pro III)

I agree this would be a nice feature to have.
However, I'm pretty sure you can edit the filter width in the .RIG file. Just
don't ask me how. But if someone wants to do the work of creating
wide/med/narrow .RIG files, I can post them on my web site.
