[Dx4win] IC746 "Bad Frequency for Radio" problem

I have the same problem as listed below, but for my IC-746.  When I try to 
use frequency control for 6m or 2m, it says "Bad Frequency for Radio".

Is this a bug, or something I can do here to fix?

FYI, I am using DX4WIN 7.02 (unsure of build)
