[Dx4win] YU6AO Montenegro only accepted after 04/07/2006

I wkd also YU6DZ on "SIX" meter so I don't
worry about it hi, I was just sharing this on the reflector
But if he only had a VHF license then why wouldn't it count ?
SIX meter is normally VHF in this region.

        I don't know if this is the reason, but there were reports that
YU6AO was only a VHF licensee initially.  I don't know if he upgraded or
not.  I thought the DXCC said the country counted with QSO's beginning
July 4?
