[Dx4win] IC746 "Bad Frequency for Radio" problem

I was able to copy the FHIGH string from the IC-706 .rig file, and paste it
into the IC-746 .rig file, to fix the problem myself. Definitely something
that would need to be fixed by DX4WIN at some point, as the IC-746 operates
from 1.8 to 148Mhz.
Anyway, problem solved... thanks to DX4WIN for making settings like this
editable (even if it was a bit cryptic)
