[Dx4win] PSK31 Menu Problem

No it's changed... The options under TX are checkboxes for Net and Use
CW Control
6.02 doesn't allow a separate COM port for PSK31 PTT control... It uses
the CW PTT. This suits me just fine, but apparently it creates problems
for others...
