[Dx4win] New Band Spots Not Showing Up

Greetings,
  Just getting back on the air after about a year and a half absence so have
not been paying too much attention to the dealings with the new version 6.x
issues with colored spots. However, it looks like I may be experiencing some
of the same issues and apologize for not having paid attention the first
time around.
  Running version 6.02 and am having difficulty with spots, especially for
80 and 160 - at least that is all I am aware of at this time.
  At the moment I am looking at a spot for ER1QQ on 3787 and it is listed as
a 4 - award mode not confirmed - when in fact it is a new band country.
  The next spot is for YC4VD on 7073 and it is a 3 - new award band - which
is ok.
  Next comes 9K2YM on 7070 as a 4 - award mode not confirmed - when it would
be another new band country. That's at least manageable though because it is
flagged at least for something.
  S52B on 3799 shows as 6 - band/mode not confirmed - which I guess is
correct as I have S5 confirmed on CW and SSB - but only CW on 80 (not worked
on 80 SSB).
  Now the real problem shows up! HL3IUA on 3799 is greyed out - no
interest!! Ouch!! Sure could use that one on 80 - any mode! Likewise I5JVA
on 1834. Nothing in my log from Italy on 160 yet! 7x4AN on 7006 is gray but
I have only worked 7X on 40 - no confirmation!
  As near as I can tell, all the flags in the preferences are set correctly.
Even tried deselecting and reselecting the band flags. Did not save
inbetween settings, just after resetting band to on but that is not likely
the problem since sometimes a lowlevel alert will actually show up - but
nothing above a 4 on 80 and have seen nothing flagged on 160.
  Any and all suggestions appreciated.
