[Dx4win] New Band Spots Not Showing Up

Got no response at all to my query so wondering if someone can point me to
the right timeframe so I can see if there is any help in the archives. Also,
I may not be getting new band spots anywhere but not sure. It is just a lot
easier to tell on 80 and 160.
