[Dx4win] RTTY mode set for DX spots

You are almost there! 

Looking at the rig file, you will see the section:
[RC-Set Mode]
CSTR=MD0;
LEN=0
LOC=Other

'MD0' is the set mode command, where the 0 is replaced by the
appropriate value. I think that adding a command to set the filter
to 500Hz in front of this will do it.
