[Dx4win] Do these prefixes need changing and comparingARRL and DX4WIN reports?

I think the real question is: Is the ARRL DXCC list stable? I have this impression that they change their prefix allocations fairly often, and seemingly arbitrarily. Perhaps this is the reason that Paul's been reluctant to play constant catch-up.

However, having just gone through a lengthy procedure to correct my DXCC listings against the League's electronic listing, I can sympathize with the prefix disconnect between DX4WIN and the League.
