Has there been any paperwork submitted to the DXCC desk for all the
recent YA operations that have already been accredited?  Do they have
written permission (and from whom?) and have they submitted it?  I was
under the impression that they only had verbal permission.  So what's
the difference with that and 7O1YGF?
