[DX] 3905 CC qsl cards

I was a qsl bureau manager for the 3905 Century Club
for a few years.  While I didn't verify the cards for
awards, I did submit cards for verification for my own
awards and also had a stack of cards verified for an
award at one of the club's "eyeball" get togethers.  I
can assure you that the person that checked my cards
took a long time and checked each and every card I
submitted.  The 3905 CC does have a very interesting
awards program and everything is based on qsl cards. 
I can't verify that everyone checks carefully, but
from the members I know most of them are definitely
honest and very respected among their peers.  QSL
cards are an interesting thing and I guess they always
