[DX] Yet another eQSL acceptance story!

$1 is still less than 80 cents on my end plus postage for the other end!

Of course I have yet to have a card I actually need appear at eQSL, 
because only about 10% of my log matches other users of eQSL.  Even
fewer contacts are actually confirmed because few users have uploaded
complete logs.  I doubt many of my "cards" will ever be printed in any
event.  Los Angeles is pretty far down the most wanted list - maybe a
few prefix hunters?
