[DX] eQSL cards - NOW ACCEPTED - for DXCC

Hello Ron,
  The "point" (where have you been?) is that - now - unlike any other
time before a printed eQSL is now ACCEPTED for DXCC.   No one ever
claimed they were "free" or that one need do nothing (such as register
with eQSL and maintain an account) and magically your cards would be
dispersed....

  Furthermore eQSL's can be retrieved as quickly as a few minutes after
the QSO.....also no more "panic attacks" everytime the mailman pulls up
to your box....the advantages are numerous and obvious....
