[Dx-qsl] Sala Y Gomez Islands

Sala Y Gomez counts as CE0Y - Easter Island for DXCC.  Per the current DXCC rules it is not far enough away from Easter Island to count as another DXCC Entity.  The only operation I am aware of was that of XR0Z back in September 1995.
