This Chilean rock outcrop in the middle of the Pacific does not appear to be part of any currently designated 'entity'. Easter Island is about 400 km distant, far enough away, I think, to allow Salas to be separate from them!

Does anyone know what entity it belongs to, and has it ever been activated?
