[Dx-qsl] Envelopes

hi ron the uk postal limit for 1 card is 10 gramms which equates to
about 0.35 ounces or near. so sometimes i get a big manilla type
envelope which puts it over the weight limit and above what i get for 1
IRC, so in these cases i trim the envelopes. i just wish everybody
would use airmail blue type envelopes at least tomeurope where the mail
is 95%
