According to the USPS web site, the minimum surface mail rate to UA
is now $6.00 US for up to 16 ounces (454 g). If one is sending 7 oz.
or less, it is less expensive (and much faster) to use Airmail Letter
Post at $0.84 per oz. (28 g.) I just weighed nine cards plus an
envelope and still came in under one ounce.
