excuse - cannot get IRC's or $.
Tough - they all went via the Buro.
I have also had similar from a Russian 'QSL service' - who probably
charges his clients.
Almost as good - yesterday I received a pile of 15 cards from an ON
station [two calls for just about every station I handle] taped inside
was 1 Euro coin and 2 Euro 50cent coins.
Foreign coins of any 'make' - as it says on my qrz.com page - are
worthless - we just cannot change them in the UK
