That's similar to a packet of cards I received a couple weeks ago from a 
UA station for my C91TL operation this summer.  He "sent" a half dozen 
UA station's cards airmail that had also worked me, but enclosed a note 
that it was "too difficult" to get $1 or IRCs where he and the other UA 
stations lived. I just put surface postage on it and dropped it in the 
nearest mailbox.  No telling how many years it will take to get back to 
UA-land.
