Over the last  Two years, I have only had  3 or 4 ripped
envelopes.....wait for it !!

All from the USPS - and the remains of each arrived here in a plastic bag.

I think the big question relating to re-qsling is how long should one
wait. Direct, hard to say - 3 months perhaps ? although going on some
postings here six is more realistic.

Buro - it has to be a couple of years.

I am always prepared to answer e-mail queries regarding direct cards for
anyone that I handle, and can tell you exactly when it was received
[assuming it was], and roughly when it was replied to.
Buro - I can only give a 'yes' or 'no'.
