I also worked EZ4XX a couple of times in 2004.   Recently I found suggested 
address of:

        Dimitri Poliakov
        PO Box 3441
        49024 Osnabrueck, Germany

but I do not know the source of that info.   There has not yet been enough 
time for me to receive a response even if the address is a good one.
