It is rumored that EZ4XX is a pirate and is operating from Europe.

You might want to contact NC1L for clarification if EZ4XX is accepted for 
DXCC and which periods.

I also worked EZ4XX a couple of times in 2004.   Recently I found suggested
address of:

but I do not know the source of that info.   There has not yet been enough
time for me to receive a response even if the address is a good one.
