Have worked EZ4XX twice on 20 CW, both back in 2004.  Looking at several
different data bases I have found lots of people calling it a pirate call.
Also found manager was supposed to be ON5NT, who has responded and said he
never heard of the station.  Has anyone actually worked it, and got a QSL
card?  If it is a pirate, he has been very consistant, as there are a lot of
spots of a period of time.
