Yup, that T8 card I got today was via a JA
station. Again, I use mint stamps. One IRC has
worked for me earlier this year, but a G$ is very
close. First-class postage to the US from JA is
¥110, which, at today's exchange rate is 93 cents
-- so in theory a greenback should cover it.
However, with the fluctuation of the US dollar,
recently the exchange wasn't in our favour (I
think ¥110 worked out to $1.05 at one point).
Also have to wonder how much it costs to convert
a $1 bill into Yen for the JA station.
