Looking at N6DHZ's IRC/GS chart, I am told that for QSLs to Japan, I would need to remit 2 IRCs or 2 Green Stamps. I've been told by others that 1 IRC is sufficient for Japan. Any recent experiences on this issue? 73 Rich NN3W
