Holy Smokes - I just ran the math. At today's exchange, that works out to 
$135 USD (or about $165 Canadian)! All of a sudden my ARRL membership and 
postage credits to the "2" buro are starting to look pretty cheap in 
comparison!

Mind you, isn't that JPY 14400 also "all you can use" and not limited by 
weight or number of cards?
