For example, I pay JPY 7200/yr for my membership with JF1LZQ, my
original call sign, additional fee, JPY 3600/yr for my another
call sign, JQ2GYU, and another additional fee, JPY 3600/yr for my
operation from Saipan Is. where I used KH0/JQ2GYU. (Total JPY 14400/yr.)

The output power for JA hams are limitted up to only 50 Watts for
"Movable" station.

I got JF1LZQ in Tokyo (JA1 area) and it is limited up to 50 Watts
because it is "Movable" station.

I have a 1kW output station in Shizuoka (JA2 area), and I had to
get a new call sign even though I had already had JF1LZQ, because
the 1kW station is not in JA1 area but it is "Fixed" in JA2 area.

Then, I must have and pay the fees for JF1LZQ as well as JQ2GYU.

I can not tell you why I had to pay another fee for KH0/JQ2GYU.
It seems there is no reason which makes sense, but JARL requires
us to do so. Good grief.
