[Dx-qsl] getting MY sent qsl's in the mail

It appears that a box to the UK bureau didn't make it.  I'm betting all made it to the ARRL..but a package from there to the UK bureau didn't make it, and you're getting the returns as the cards have an address on it.

as they say, Stuff Happens
