[Dx-qsl] Question about S05X cards

Hi!
Does anyone remember the "rules" regarding the S05X cards?  I'm asking
because I know the TX4PG manager asked that only one callsign be included in
each envelope and it seemed that this group had the same request.  The web
site no longer appears to be available so I can't go there to look for the
particular policies, but would like to get QSLs sent off for my husband and
me...obviously we are a bit behind in QSLing chores right now.  It's much
easier for us if we can use only one envelope for both of our QSL requests,
but understand why managers would want things done differently.
