[Dx-qsl] getting MY sent qsl's in the mail

I do not have the answer to the destiny of the rest of your cards. I do know that
I hand delivered my outgoing cards when I made a DXCC submission a few months ago
at the ARRL Headquarters in Newington CT.
A few weeks later I had one UK8AA card returned in a USPS windowed envelop also
undamaged.
