[Dx-qsl] getting MY sent qsl's in the mail

I received one card back last week ( no postage on it) it was a bureau 
card for EX2T via UM8MBA sent to the ARRL outgoing bureau in the fall of 
2001.  I think a bunch of fellas are going to start seeing the same 
thing. Interesting.
