[Dx-qsl] BS7H...

Hi,

I only repeated what I heard but it sounded like
something recent changed but perhaps not.  I worked
the first DX-Pedition and the ARRL said it was not
land based - although the picture on the qsl card
showed them on the reef... oh well.  Hopefully as long
as it is on the list there will be another dx-pedition
heading that way at some point - even if they need
scuba gear :-)
