Gary,

I've been hearing DX'ers saying things like that (about the reef being
underwater, or suppressed maps showing intervening islands/reefs/rocks that
the DXAC allegedly overlooked, etc.) ever since the first expedition to
Scarborough was announced.

Until someone comes up with some solid evidence, as opposed to wishful
thinking encouraged by a jealous streak, I wouldn't put too much stock in
rumors like this.

Hi,

I overheard a conversation on 17 meters the other day
and the ops were saying it was completely underwater
and one of the ops said they would take it up with the
DXAC.  I don't have any other info.
