I think the big question for BS7 is who do you get permission from to operate? That blasted group of rocks is claimed by no fewer than 5 coutries. Spratley Is. are kind of in the same boat (no pun intended). It would be a formidable task to get all the right paperwork for DXCC approval for contacts with a DXpedition there.
