[Dx-qsl] Ham spirit - bureau

For this old fart, it goes against the very spirit of hamradio to refuse to
QSL via the bureaus. If one takes the responsibility of being a QSL manager,
it goes with the territory that it is going to cost money.  If one is not
prepared to accept that, one should not take on the job. IMHO
But I am probably oldfashioned !

I am the QSL manager for 9K2ZZ and 9K9Z (contest call).
As per the DX station, I do not accept or answer cards for him via the bureau.
He will not pay the postage and of course, neither will I.If you don't like
it, don't work him.
I answer all direct cards for him next day mail.
