[Dx-qsl] SOAKED OFF STAMPS

I don't know the policy.....but what I would ask is that if one choses to do that, use it to pay bills, or send the sase to me...but keep the sase back to you clean.

I've gotten to the point where I take what I get, and toss it in the mail.  If it comes back, I toss it into the bureau.
