Oh c'mon Doug, this is ridiculous.

If the stamp doesn't pass through the postal system, technically, it should
still be legal to use.

But, is it "unethical /illegal" to re-use a stamp that's already pass
through the postal system?  OF COURSE IT IS, because you're using a stamp
that's been paid for ONCE as postage TWICE.

Feel free to try it if you disagree.  Just make sure you update QRZ? with
your new address after you get caught a few times so that we can write.
